Lucky Jack’s reviews
Lots to do and clean. Friendly environment – would definitely go again! Staff not the most engaging/responsive in person or on phone. Called twice about needing to make reservations and both answers. more »
We were in Traverse City for the weekend, found this place on Trip Advisor. The place has every option: bowling, laser tag, laser maze, bumper cars, and arcade. A bar for the adults and pretty. more »
We went to Lucky Jacks on a Thursday and paid $12 each for 4 hours to play all we wanted of laser tag, laser maze, bumper cars, and arcade games (just the games that do not give out tickets). It was. more »
Stopped for a drink and some silly fun with my husband and bestie. Bartender was great. Funny, fast and accommodating. We played some laser tag ( definitely worth the price) killed it in the arcade, came home with some stuffed animals. All around great experience!
We had a birthday party with 8 people and it turned out great! They were very flexible with the arrangements and the service was fast and friendly. The pizza and fries were very good, but the burgers were only so-so. The bowling was really fun, the laser maze and bumper cars were fun, and the lasertag was a blast! We played everything multiple times. It was all very fun for little kids, teenagers and adults. Even the arcade was pretty cool, although the games were a little pricey at a dollar a piece. You do get tickets for almost everything, so you can turn those in at the end. We found pretty much all of the games were full operational. It was a great time and worth the money.
Very nice place. Clean. Awesome prices. Awesome and very polite workers. You won’t go wrong
We went on a Sunday night and it wasn’t busy at all. The lanes seemed pretty well maintained, but I’m no professional bowler. Either way, we had a fun few games, then played some of the arcade games, which were alright. About $30 for 3 rounds of bowling, shoe rental and a pitcher of beer, and another $20 for a bit of fun in the arcade.

Staff was wonderful, went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Very accommodating for young kids.
Not so Lucky – Lucky Jacks Restaurant & Lounge
Took an hour to get our food. Never did bring my salad with my ravioli. Salt and pepper wings too salty. No prime rib or ribeye steaks on a Saturday evening. Said a cooler had gone down, which we can believe because the fillet my husband ordered tasted and smelled bad. The other couple at our table agreed. The only one that thought it was ok was the cook. They offered another entree, but we had already been there too long and I doubt it would have been on the house as they only deducted $5.00 off the $32.00 steak. My husband did get a free dessert. Woohoo! Service was adequate and our waiter was very apologetic about our evening , over which he had very little control. We hope this newly opened restaurant in our area makes a go of it, but we won’t be going back anytime soon.Lucky Jacks Restaurant & Lounge: Not so Lucky – See 11 traveller reviews, 6 candid photos, and great deals for Pocahontas, IL, at Tripadvisor. ]]>
