I really feel if you do not show for a drawn hunt without a good reason it should effect your next years draw. I realize things happen but you take someone else’s spot by doing that.

I am about 50% for turkey, 20% on deer and 10% for dove.

I’m not opposed to having a small application fee like some other states do. If you already have money invested you’re more likely to show, or you might not put in if you don’t have solid plans to go if it costs money.
The money collected could go directly to the property of the draw for hunting improvements.

Is it immoral to indulge the insistence of an unarmed man to a dual of whits?

I inappropriately apportioned my physical response to an emotional reaction.
