December 29, 30, and 31 of 2020 have been designated as “gift days,” meaning that employees are excused from work with pay without having to charge a benefit. If an employee is required to work on one or more of those days, he/she must receive an alternate gift day that must be used by June 30, 2021. For other questions related to gift days, contact Labor and Employee Relations at 333-3105.
Employees have two Floating Holidays that can be used any time from July 1, 2020, until June 30, 2021. However, the scheduling of these two Floating Holidays are subject to unit approval.
